38 weeks & really worried

38 weeks now and really super nervous about going through delivery. I have such Low tolerance of pain , and not sure how I’ll pull through 🥺

If low tolerance. Please consider epidural! I had natural birth without epidural nor gas and I still remember how it feels 😣
