Fever or not?

Is 37.3 temperature for 3 years old considered fever? Should I give my child paracetamol? And pwede ko kaya sya i-quick bath?

Pwede po iquick bath. As per our pedia, kapag 37.8 dapat bigyan ng paracetamol.
