Should I be worried?

35+6 weeks today. I have been having this constant sharp pain in my lower left tummy (near hip bone) since last night. It hasn’t gone away after a whole day nor does it get worse. I can’t lie on my left side or else it will feel a lot more painful. Starting to feel nauseous and light headed now. Should I be worried?
