35 weeks pregnant po . , and tumaas po sa 150/100 ang bp , advice nmn po kung anu po yung mga food na pwede kainin to lower bp po . and kung anu pwedeng gawin ? Thank you mommies

Mataas din BP ko momsh during pregnancy at nagka preeclampsia ako because of that. According po kay OB ko before, less rice, iwas sa matataba, mamantika, maalat na pagkain. Iwas din sa red meat at processed foods, instant noodles at canned goods. May nireseta din sakin medicine noon.
