We can not say po kasi on actual delivery na, depende parin, there risk factor to consider like naubusan na nang aminiotic fluid si baby dahil naunang pumutok ang water bag mo, or too big si baby hirap mo ilabas etc. But praying walang complication kay baby para mainormal po parin. Tiwala lang, at kaya mo yan mommy.
uminom pdn po ng more water, maglalakad lakad po kau pero wag po masyado pa kc dpa po full term c baby, pwede na po kau magstart ng labor exercise if 37 weeks or more na po kau check google. ako po kc walking ,squat lang ginawa ko normal delivery at 39 weeks, wala din po pla epekto ang pineapple base on my experience. magpakatagtag po kau pra mabilis lang po labor nio.
