Lump under right breast

Am at 31 weeks +4 experiencing a lump under my right breast, directly under the nipple areola. Its aching and painful. Should i be of concern? Had this for 3 days. And now suddenly down with flu, sore throat and feeling feverish. anyone can advice? before i go to see a doc
