Discharge. Should I be worried?

Hi. 30weeks preggy po FTM. Nung Oct 8 naconfine from referral ng Private OB ko ako kasi nagkaroon ako ng preterm labor contractions dahil sa infection. Sa public ako nagpaconfine para less gastos. Bumalik ako sa public hospital for follow up check up this Monday, tapos interview lang na 5mins tapos na. I even said na may myoma ako at naconfine nga ako dahil sa preterm contractions. Binigyan lang ako ng listahan ng mga bantayan at bumalik sa Nov 20. Wala din akong peace of mind sa check up ko. This morning, nagkaroon ako ng discharge na ganito. Should I be worried? Balik po ba ako sa public hospital or should I see my private OB? Thanks.
