binder for 2 months post CS nakatulong sa akin para mas mabilis pagliit ng tyan...after 2 months advised sa akin ni OB is light exercises...no tummy crunches yet. better daw planking
always wear your binder daw po. and for me nagwork ang less rice and more water 😁 liliit din yan mamsh
