Sweaty Hands And Feet

My 3 month old's hands and feet gets clammy, especially certain time of the day like 6am and 4-6pm. Is this normal? Should I wear socks and mitten for her?

It’s normal to be clammy especially when the weather’s so warm. Avoid mittens and keep baby cool with a fan:)
