Should be. My baby also always get flu. I gave him vit c (sambucal brand) every morning now. I also put immunity guard balm as he goes to ifc. Looks like this, but not sure where to get as I got it as a gift.
It is better to meet a PD to identify whether there is any cause for this fever.
