ASKING INSIGHTS ABOUT WORKING OUT WHILE PREGNANT

Hello, This is my 2nd pregnancy, We're on our 6 weeks pregnancy journey, Breastfeeding mom din po ako until now with my 3 y/o. Inadvise ako mag bawas ng timbang, 80 kls po ako ngayon.Kahit anong bawas ko po kasi ng food intake and mag more on veggies ako ayaw bumaba ng timbang ko, nakakafrustrate. Mag tatanong lang po ako ng insights nyo about doing at home workouts?

depende sa iincorporate na routine sa workout, may mga exercise kasi na need ng proper form and gudiance ng trainer and before doing any workout, seek ob clearance.
