Which week can I drink bird nest?

I started drinking since first trimester and my baby girl is absolutely fine.

I don’t even drink. Gynae says no scientific health benefits

im on 1st trimester ,i already start drinking bird nest

usually 3rd trimester when you are more "heaty"

I started in 2nd tri
