I suggest try mo yogurts any variety of yogurts ganyan din kasi ako cake, ice cream after ko mag dinner. Sabi ng ob ko bawas na ko sa sweets and suggestion niya is yogurt.
mag fruits kana lang sis..kesa sa matatamis.
