28 Weeks- is it normal to have Braxton Hicks about 4-5 times daily?

I have that on and off around 4-5 times too.. and had one terrible one that lasted for almost 50mins.

Mine is almost similar to yours, but the pain is quite unbearable, the pain is on the inside that felt like terrible bruises. I have to lay down to ease the pain. My hub whatsapp my gynae, but he only read and no response. I visiting gynae tomorrow so i will ask him.
