How many braxton hicks per day is normal? Been having quite a number lately. Is it ok or something i should worry about

Oh there can be so many.. haha. I lost count for mine. Don’t worry.. they’re helping to prepare you for the real thing, and also gradually helping the cervix to dilate for the right time. Try to get more rest:)
