Now 27weeks but only had a leg cramp once weeks ago. Don’t have restless leg too. Some things that I find helpful: 1. Keep legs apart, with pillow stack. So there’s proper blood flow. 2. Keep them warm, wear socks and make sure not cold at night. 3. Drink more water (I don’t know y but it helps. I drink 2l everyday.) 4. Try per week soak your feet in warm water. Enhance legs blood circulations. Hope some of these helps. Jia you mummies!

Normal dear mummy. Just try to get the most comfortable as u can and have more pillows in between ur legs and all around u for support. When u hit 3rd trimester, it will be more uncomfortable

Hehe not sure why people still commenting on this thread. I started this thread quite long ago and my baby is already 4 months now but thank you so much for the responses:)

halu mga moms....first time mom to be here...ask ko lang po panu pag claim ng SSS maternity benefits, after manganak po ba or before delivery?😊,...salamat po sa sasagot..

dapat po nakapag file ka na kay sss ng maternity notification before ka manganak .

Me too.. I use pillow to put under my legs but it doesn't really help too, esp when sleeping on left side. Left arm and left leg will go numb

same for my legs too

Wear compression socks, sleep with legs elevated with pillow. Hang in there mama! I was like that too when I was pregnant. My lil bub is 6 months now!

My hub massage my leg and back for me every other night. It helps me sleep better..

I get my husband to help massage my legs every night before sleep. It helps a little.
