Its safe po, marked as type B medicine ang cefalexin. Trust your OB. Di naman po sila magrreseta ng gamot na bawal sa buntis. Its better to take antibiotics kesa maharm si baby sa mga infections. UTI is pretty normal, almost every pregnant women experience it kahit anong iwas mo. :)
