Take afternoon naps, have a pillow to support your back whenever you’re sleeping, have your spouse to gently massage your back/feet and elevate your legs whenever you’re resting. Just a little bit more to go mummy! 💪🏼

Soak your feet in warm water at night before bed. It’s relaxing… if u can, add epsom salt to the water too

move around / go for a walk if can. get some sleep too. wishing you safe and healthy pregnancy :)
