Ang payo po saken ng OB ang start maggamit ng contraceptives ay pag nag-start na po magmens.. Try niyo po muna withdrawal method..
my possibility yan mamsh.. use kana po contraceptive once na nagstop na mens nio.. cnasabi po yan sa mga health center.
