Hi mama, May I ask what has indicated that your breastmilk supply is Low please?

Have you tried relaxing when you pump? Research tells us that exclusively breastfed babies take in about 750ml per 24h day. This means that if baby feeds 8-12 times a day, that averages out to about 65-95ml per feed. Is baby exclusively breastfed or mixed fed?
