Have you tried relaxing when you pump? Research tells us that exclusively breastfed babies take in about 750ml per 24h day. This means that if baby feeds 8-12 times a day, that averages out to about 65-95ml per feed. Is baby exclusively breastfed or mixed fed?

Generally it takes 2 to 4 weeks for the supply to increase

usually around 2 to 4 weeks

It took 4 weeks for me.
