Pump for a fixed length of time. Depends on your body. In the first few months, pump to empty breast so that your body knows to produce more milk. Once regulated can pump fixed duration to get the same output. When wanna wean off then can reduce pump duration. Cannot pump enough for just one feed cause your pump timing may not match baby hunger timing.
