drink warm water 💧 it helped me loose my weight faster during my 1st post partum. exercise helped too! but consistency is the key 😊 and don't stress yourself, you're doing great!

Eat 5 small meals a day, cut down sugary food and drinks, drink plenty of water, and exercise helps too.

how are you exercising? probably can increase the intensity (that makes ur heart beat more)
