Playgroup

My 19 month girl has just entered full day playgroup in June. The teacher said that she adjusted well to the environment. However she will tend to run around and come down from her seat during lesson. She will throw toys on the floor when she doesn’t get what she want. Is this normal ? Any mommy experienced the same issue? TIA
