headache 😢

17weeks and 5days pregnant, im experiencing headaches. Normal lang po ba to? Im worried. Normal naman last time yung dugo ko nung nagpa check up ako. Ano po kayang remedies pwede? First time mom here! Wish you could help me out!

Naeexperience ko rin yan. Currently 20 weeks na ko ngayon. Ang ginagawa ko kumakain lang ako ng citrus fruit and then okay na 😊
