I feel no movements at 17 weeks

17 weeks pregnant but i dont feel any movemnts yet, they say a small bubbles but i cant feel nothing only hard baby bump.. is it normal?#1stimemom

Too early sa 17 weeks. Mararandaman mo small kicks ni bb in 20weeks daw
