16wks 5days pregnant. Kumikirot yung puson ko sa right side, minsan sa left din. No bleeding naman. Waiting for confirmation sa appointment sa OB. May nakaexperience po ba ng ganito? Medyo worried lang po ako 😟 ##1stimemom #firstbaby #pregnancy #advicepls

there could be a lot of possible reasons kung bakit nakirot momsh...pwedeng infection or it's the growing uterus etc...habang nag aantay ng sked sa ob, wag maxado mag gagalaw at kung maaari bed rest muna
