My baby refuses to drink milk

He is 15mths but refuses to drink milk despite changing the bottle, nipple etc. I even tried meiji milk for him.. he refuses to drink but at times drinks from cup when fed him using his NAN brand baby milk .. but only 100ml. Anyone has a solution to my problem?
