No tests administer

Hi, 13th weeks na akong pregnant and I only have one OB visit, that was the first time. Ultrasound and urine test pa lang iyon. Since I have scheduled next check up but due to the ECQ hnd ko napuntahan. Okay lang po ba na madelay ang mga tests for me and for the baby? Worried ako kasi first time mom ako and mag 4months na ang baby ko. Thanks
