Every pregnancy is different po talaga, mommy. Kaya take it one day at a time nalang. Try potato or kamote to replace rice nalang habang hindi nyo pa kaya kumain ng rice. As long as may food intake po kayo, kasi you and your baby need he nutrition.

may gnung instances daw po talaga mamsh. Minsan may mga mommy na 6 months bago mawala yung paglilihi. iba iba po talaga siguro ang pag bubuntis. 🙂
