Baby fever and not eating

My 13 months baby is down with high fever.. Its been 4 days and these whole 4 days she hasn't eaten anytng... Tried giving her fruits, porridge, cerelac and etc all she reject.. Except drinking milk. She still drinks her milk, thankfully. Will she be OK? Will she gain back her appetite once her fever goes away? I'm worried sick now.
