In moderation lang po. Conflict kasi yan sa calcium and iron na iniinom mo as vitamins. Nagprprevent yung caffeine ng calcium and iron absorption na need ng baby. Ako pag super nagccrave sa coffee saka lang ako umiinom . Since I got pregnant siguro once every 3 weeks lang. ☺️
