cant sleep
My 10mth old baby never slept more than 3hours straight since born... either he is hungry or wanna smooth with mummy. I tried all sort of routine but not successfully. Anyone can help advise ?

Daddy can bottle feed during the night. If baby is truly hungry, he will drink. If he just wanted to latch onto mummy, don’t give in to him. You can hold him/rock him/pat him and put him back to sleep. After a while, if he sees that he’s not going to get to latch onto mummy at night, he’ll sleep longer. The process is faster if mummy doesn’t get involved at all.
