sky flakes and more water if naduduwal para malessen ung feeling. kain lang ng konti wag magpasobra pero pilitin kumain every 2hrs kahit biscuits lang normal lang yan. ganiyan din ako since 6weeks up to 12weeks nung natapos na ang first trimester back to normal na ulit ang kain every 2hrs laging gutom kahit madaming kinain. basta more water ka lang para di madehydrate 🙂
