Hi. My 10 months boy had a fall on 30th nov. Cried nonstop and had a big bump, hence went to doctor and xray. Doctor said no fracture or crack. However, since that day, now and then he vomitted a bit after milk. During nightime, he can sleep the whole night without waking up. But daytime, his regular routine remain the same. He is as active as usual. Only the vomitting part and his extra sleepiness during the night makes me worried. Any advice? TIA.

It's not related to the knock on the head. Anything severe will surface within 24 hrs or even 48 hrs. Some vomit milk is normal because at this age they can be quite active, maybe tummy time to fast or took a long time to finish milk (drinking and pausing a lot) can introduce air too. Extra sleepiness at night is ok too. Their sleep patterns will keep changing
