TIPS on how to lessen Edema/Manas
1. Iwasan o bawasan Ang salt intake o ang maaalat na pagkain. 2. Itaas ang paa pag nakaupo 3. Damihan ang fluid intake 4. Lakad lakad at massage ang legs. Just sharing what I did when I was pregnant. God bless! ?❤
