Prenatal Massage

1. May I know when isit recommended to go for prenatal massage? I'm presently 15 weeks but legs and arms already feeling the ache that it affects my sleep sometimes :'( 2. Any recommendation/ contact with their charges? TIA

You can go for prenatal massages after 2nd trimester. I would highly recommend Madam Partum. You can take up a package so that it’s cheaper. It’s $834.50 for 10 sessions (60min)

After 20 weeks would be good :) I got mine done w madam partum and signed a 5 package session with them
