I dont think this is the right time to implement this. Knowing the whole country is facing a pandemic,lots of families are already suffering and is affected by covid. They could have dealt with this after the ECQ. Now what about the 11k filipinos who are working for ABS-CBN?

Apart from 11,017 artists, office workers, and talents, some 6,000 informal jobs from security agencies, janitorial services, and even production equipment suppliers are at risk. Not only 11k filipinos but 17,017.
