Pregnancy

Pregnant mums should stay away from spicy food, especially mala soup, which can be very irritating to the throat and stomach. If you eat too much spicy food, it may cause gastrointestinal problems, constipation, or diarrhoea.

Postpartum

It is best for postpartum mums to stay away from mala soup as it affects the stomach and reproductive system in a negative way. It can cause vomiting and diarrhoea, which are not beneficial to a postpartum mother's recovery

Breastfeeding

Breastfeeding mothers should not eat too much spicy food. Mala soup may cauze allergy outbreaks and eczema in your baby.

Baby

Mala soup is not suitable for babies under the age of 11 months.
