Collecting colostrum at 32 weeks

Anyone collected colostrum at 32 weeks pregnant? Only had a few drops, not sure if i can put in fridge and use it again nxt day to collect it from the same collector. Any advise? #1sttime_mom

Yah TMC trainer did mentioned colostrum to be collect from week 37 onwards. U can collect daily if there is store in freezer. Remember to label the date.

Must we sleep on our left duribg pregnancy?

I read online articles here that it's recommended to sleep on our left during pregnancy. However, sleeping on my left causes serious acid reflux. Sleep on my right reduces the acid reflux. Is it ok to always sleep on my right? #pleasehelp #firsttimemom #advicepls #firstmom #1sttime_mom

Ya it seems like the recommendation is left side but I change sides every 1-2 hours. Maybe you don’t lie down right after eating to prevent acid reflux. Try eating at least 2-3 hours before bed. Then walk for a short while after eating. That will help to prevent acid reflux.
