Bleeding when pregnant

I just gave birth 4 months ago and I get to know I'm pregnant again. Still waiting for my 1st check up. I had a backache yesterday and spotting then today I got bleeding (dark brown) which cover my panty liner and mild cramping . I guess I'm 12weeks pregnant. Do anyone experience this? #advicepls #pleasehelp

Breast milk

My baby is only 2 months. And my milk is decreasing. Tried many lactation drink n cookies doesn't work for me. My baby latch in the morning & I pump at night. Is there any other way?

Itch at night

Hi, did anyone of u heard of cholestasis of pregnancy? I have bad itch every night for almost 3 weeks. I did Google about it and I’m worried if it’s cholestasis. Doctor said it’s normal but it’s almost 3 weeks and the itch is so bad. I thought of going to polyclinic for blood test.

Itch (whole body)

I’m on 2nd trimester now and my body start to itch. Once I scratch it makes me want to scratch more. It only start at night. Is this part of pregnancy?
