Bleeding when pregnant

I just gave birth 4 months ago and I get to know I'm pregnant again. Still waiting for my 1st check up. I had a backache yesterday and spotting then today I got bleeding (dark brown) which cover my panty liner and mild cramping . I guess I'm 12weeks pregnant. Do anyone experience this? #advicepls #pleasehelp
