how to get more energy during first trimester? plus my appetite is decreasing. i also have 2 sons that need my attention. please help. #tiredmommy

It is advisable to keep small snacks around you like small packet of biscuits so that you can munch on something to regain your energy. Eat small portion but in many meals. *hugs*

hi, i'm 6 week pregnant. my 21 months toddler still direct bf me. can i just continue bf my toddler while pregnant or i need to stop already? i wish to continue bf until he 2 years old. is it safe or dangerous for my pregnancy? can someone advise? thanks for your time.
