Pengganti ikan apa ya Bun ?

Saya hamil usia 6 minggu, dari kecil saya tidak suka ikan dan tidak pernah makan ikan. Saat saya hamil banyak yang merekomendasikan untuk makan ikan karena bagus untuk tumbuh kembang janin. Apa ada makanan/vitamin apapun itu selain ikan sebagai pengganti omega 3

    kalo dr makanan itu bund, atau bisa tambah searching google aja sumber omega-3. terus, multivitamin kehamilan yg bagus/lengkap biasanya sudah mengandung DHA&EPA (pecahannya omega-3) kok bund. atau bisa jg yg fokus isinya DHA dkk, kayak Prolacta Mother, Folamil Gold, Osfit DHA dll di search aja ya bund hehe kalo saya kebetulan cuma minum Blackmores Pregnancy aja, disitu omega 3 nya udh bagus, DHAnya udh 250mg jd saya ga nambah apa apa lagi
