bad constipation

i am 15 weeks pregnant but already having bad constipation. not a veggie eater but still eats once in a while, have been taking stool softener every evening too but it does not help. any suggestions what i can do otherwise to ease the constipation?

stomachache or round ligament pain

i keep having lower belly discomfort or pain but can’t differentiate if related to pregnancy or need to poop. but when i have the urge to poop, i am unable to poop out and the pain continues. anyone face the same?
