aku dulu waktu 12week flek dan perdarahan. sama dokter di usg alhamdulillah dekbaynya masih bagus.

bedrest sehari dulu bun. jangan bangun kecuali buat ke kamar mandi. pakai pantyliner ganti tiap 3 jam biar kelihatan masih flek apa enggak. kalau seharian masih, langsung ke spog buat cek baby...
