my breast

I have a question now I'm pregnant 15weeks and 4 days I think my breast is smaller than before And I think it's not as tight or firm as before but I didn't hurt or have any bleed. Have any mothers ever been like this before?

ตอนนี้ท้อง13weeks แล้วมีห่วงอนามัยอยู่ไปหาหมอแล้วหมอบอกเอาออกไม่ได้ แต่ห่วงอยู่ห่างจากตัวเด็ก มีใครเคยเจอปัญหาแบบนี้บ้างไหมค่ะแล้วจะอันตรายไหม
