Only red date tea during confinement period

I was told that during confinement period mummies can only drink red date tea only. No water allowed, not even warm water. Is it true? #advicepls #1stimemom

Nope totally untrue. Of course you can drink warm water. What I know is not carbonated water, fizzy water or cold water that we cant drink.

Hi mummies, how often do you feel your baby’s hiccup in a day? Also, how long each hiccup last? I feel my baby hiccup about 1/2 times a day and each lasted about 9-13 minutes. However, today the hiccup lasted 19 minutes. Anyone having the same issue? #advicepls #pregnancy #firstbaby
