PREGNANCY MEDS

Hello good afternoon. going 5 weeks pregnant po ako. And nireseta saken ng Physician ko to take, Folic acid 2x a day, & Iberet Folic 1x a day. Sa mga nag take po ng ganyang meds, safe po ba and wala naman po side effect? Medyo kinakabahan kasi ako baka ma- overdose ako sa meds.. Thank you.
