Do i need to punch bigger hole for my 1 years old? She always pull away the milk bottle few times in the middle of each feed.

If you have a spare teat, you can try (but unlikely due to teat size). Babies at this age are usually more curious of their surroundings and also since they are exposed to more solid foods their interest and intake in milk tends to drop. You can try offering milk in straw/sippy/normal cups instead of bottles. This can help your LO to gradually wean off milk bottles as well.
